Physical contact is a starting point to explore movement. Through exercises in pairs and in groups we will investigate issues such as weight, space and perception, creating a dance without replicating pre-established patterns but constructing movement through improvisation and mutual listening. Physical contact allows us to relate through dynamics such as meeting, communicating, relying and finding common solutions. With this physical dialogue we learn by ourselves and from others in an ongoing creative exchange. Contact Improvisation is an excellent practice for those who love dancing, the theatre, physical expression and for all those wishing to learn an original way to move.
